"I’m looking for an experienced hand to run my Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter profiles end-to-end. Here’s what I need: content planning, creation, scheduling, community interaction, and performance tracking—all handled smoothly so I can focus on the bigger picture. work is 30 hours a week - for 1 month contract which will be renewed - project rate is £75 - £100 for 1 month

You’ll be producing a balanced mix of eye-catching images, short-form videos, and supporting blog posts that keep our feeds lively and on-brand. Expect to brainstorm with me on themes, voice, and visual style, then turn those ideas into a calendar of posts that roll out consistently throughout the month.

Deliverables each month
• A detailed content calendar with post dates, captions, and asset notes
• Professionally designed images tailored to each platform’s specs
• Engaging short videos optimised for feed and story formats
• Well-written blog posts that tie back to the social campaigns
• Weekly analytics snapshot highlighting reach, engagement, and actionable insights

I’ll supply brand guidelines, previous creative, and access to scheduling or editing tools if needed; you bring the strategy, copy-writing flair, graphic skills, and data-driven mindset to keep our audience growing and talking.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced communication skills and a thorough understanding of social media dynamics, digital culture, and audience psychology. This role requires leading the development and execution of innovative, data-driven social media strategies that foster brand loyalty, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
Services Required
• Social Media Management – Daily scheduling, posting, cross-platform consistency.
• Content Strategy & Creation – Engaging daily posts (images, quotes, short videos) tailored to both book promotion and café marketing.
• SEO Captions & Copywriting – Write captions with Islamic expressions and keywords, optimise hashtags for discoverability.
• High Community Engagement – 200 authentic daily comments, proactive interaction, DM responses, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
1. Minimum Daily Engagement
• Leave minumum 200 meaningful comments per day (using our prepared comment banks + personalised tweaks).
• Engage with:
o Book lovers, book clubs, Muslim lifestyle creators.
o Local café/foodie accounts and hashtags.
o Trending posts and relevant hashtags (e.g., Ramadan, Palestine, Muslim youth).
• Respond to all DMs and comments within 24 hours.
2. Minimum Content Uploading
• Upload 2 posts per day:
o 1 Book-related post (quotes, reviews, character spotlights, reels).
o 1 Café-related post (coffee reels, food shots, customer highlights).
• Upload 3–4 stories per day (polls, reminders, behind-the-scenes, reshares).
• Post at least 3 reels per week (mix of café + book content).
• Use hashtags, SEO captions, and geotags to maximise reach.
3. Minimum Collaboration Outreach
• Engage with UK Muslim micro-influencers, bookstagrammers, and café bloggers.
• Support with arranging collaboration posts (free coffee/books in exchange for mentions).
4. Minimum Giveaways & Campaigns
• Run 1 giveaway per month (alternating between café and book).
• Encourage followers to like, follow, and tag friends for viral reach.
5. Minimum Growth Strategy
• Apply platform-specific strategies (hashtags, reels, trends).
• Suggest new ideas for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
Minimum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To measure success, we expect:
• Follower Growth: +500 new followers/month across platforms.
• Engagement Rate: 5–10% likes + comments per post.
• Comment Quality: 200 natural, non-spammy comments/day.
• Customer Interaction: At least 20 meaningful interactions/week.
• Sales & Footfall Impact: Measurable increase in book orders + café visits (tracked via discount codes or mentions).
• Consistency: 2 posts, 200 comments, and daily stories uploaded without delay.
Minimum Time Commitment
• Approx. 2 hours per day.
• 7 days a week (or 5 if agreed).
Minimum Requirements
• Strong experience in social media growth & engagement.
• Skilled with design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) for fast post creation.
• Familiar with hashtags, SEO captions, and Instagram/TikTok growth strategies.
• Ability to write Islamic-flavoured captions (mashaAllah, alhamdulillah, barakah, etc.).
• Reliable, consistent, and results-driven.
Minimum Deliverables (Daily/Weekly)
• 200 comments per day across platforms.
• 2 uploaded posts per day (1 book + 1 café).
• 3–4 stories per day + 3 reels per week.
• 1 giveaway per month.
• Weekly reporting sheet including:
o Number of posts + comments delivered.
o Followers gained/lost.
o Top-performing content.
o Mentions of café visits/book purchases from social media.
Key Responsibilities:
• creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule posts, monitor audience engagement, and prepare performance reports to track social media effectiveness.
• Research current social media trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance reach and engagement.
• lead the marketing team with daily tasks and various projects as needed.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, focusing primarily on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, and reels.
• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Conduct research to develop fresh and creative content ideas.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging.
• Use AI tools to optimize content creation, engagement tracking, and analytics.
• Write engaging blogs/articles, captions, and thought-leadership posts with excellent English.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for maximum engagement.
• Track analytics and propose data-driven improvements.
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or corporate).
