Project Overview: I’m seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a lightweight, logic-based mathematical predictive model. The goal is to analyze historical number patterns (similar to lottery or panel-based systems) and generate future predictions using clean, rule-driven logic—not machine learning.
What You’ll Do:
• Analyze historical data (provided) and identify repeatable patterns
