Company Background: We are Amtex Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd., a Delhi-based BIS & ISO-certified fire extinguisher manufacturer. We are a small but ambitious company (currently run by 2 people + small team for assembling) with limited financial resources, but we want to grow in the private market with this new product by using AI-powered automation.
Our Requirement: We want to run our company in auto-mode using AI agents for all possible business operations, including:

After-Sales & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

We currently use Tally Prime Cloud, not Zoho.

Need AI-based inventory management where staff can just upload PDF copy / photo of invoices and system automatically updates stock, raw material, semi-finished & finished goods, accounting & reports.

What We Expect from Freelancer:

End-to-end setup of AI tools (WhatsApp API, Exotel/MyOperator calling bot, CRM, inventory automation with Tally).
•
Integration of website & YouTube leads → CRM → WhatsApp/Calling follow-up.
•
Build an emotional + impactful ad campaign targeting Indian audience for our Mist Retardant Fire Extinguisher.
•
Provide a step-by-step guide in simple Hindi/English so even a non-technical person in our team can use it daily.
•
Suggest best free or affordable AI tools, with focus on safety, scalability & Indian market needs.
Our Current Setup:
•
Manufacturing unit at Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi
•
Team size: very small (2 people core, 3 people assembling-others are labour)-Accounts in Tally
•
Tools available: Tally Prime Cloud (basic usage only)
•
No CRM yet (open to Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared OR AI-based Tally integration)
