"I need a fast, modern, and minimalist static website whose sole focus is turning visitors into leads. The site will present my business clearly, guide users toward a single call-to-action, and capture newsletter sign-ups so I can nurture prospects later.

Here is what I expect:
• A clean, responsive layout designed around current best practices in HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript (a static-site generator such as Hugo, Jekyll, or Gatsby is fine if you prefer).
• A dedicated signup element on every page that stores email addresses in a CSV file or pushes them straight to a service like Mailchimp/Sendinblue—whichever you recommend for speed and reliability.
