"I run an Ayurvedic health & wellness company **(Herbal Pharmacy)** in India, where we sell medicines and wellness products to customers through telecalling. Our sales executives receive calls from customers, understand their health problems, and prescribe Ayurvedic medicine plans.

We are currently using Tata SmartFlow for our inbound/outbound calling, and we need a **custom CRM system** that integrates directly with Tata SmartFlow to manage calls, leads, and sales efficiently.

Here’s what I am looking for:

✅ **Tata SmartFlow API/CTI Integration:**

* Automatic logging of incoming & outgoing calls with call recording links.
* Pop-up of customer details when a call comes in (based on phone number).
* Click-to-call feature for outbound calls.

✅ **Lead Management:**

* Capture customer data (Name, Phone, Address, Health Issue, etc.) in a Google Sheet or CRM database.
* Merge duplicate phone numbers & always keep the latest record.
* Tagging & categorizing leads (New Inquiry, Negotiation, Payment Pending, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost, Order Delivered).
* Call Outcome tracking (Interested, Not Interested, Follow-up, etc.) in a fixed order.

✅ **Sales & Performance Tracking:**

* Daily call summary reports.
* Sales tracking with automatic commission calculation based on slabs.
* Agent performance dashboard (total calls, conversions, revenue generated).

✅ **Other Features:**

* Google Sheets integration (or easy export option).
* Easy-to-use UI for Sales Executives.
* Manager dashboard for tracking team performance.
