"I’m ready to launch an elegant, luxurious-looking website that showcases my spa and salon brand across five outlets and drives online bookings.

Here’s the experience I’m after. Visitors are welcomed by a polished home page that immediately feels premium. A clearly structured service menu must present our Spa services, Salon services and longer Wellness packages in a way that is easy to skim on mobile and desktop alike, with prices and duration visible at a glance.

The About Us section should tell our story through a concise mission-and-vision block and a rotating slab of real customer testimonials that you pull straight from our Google reviews or another feed, so it always feels current.

For appointments, customers need to choose a service, pick a date and time, and pay right there. I’m open to Stripe, Razorpay or a similarly reliable gateway—whatever integrates cleanly and gives me simple reporting.

I have five physical locations; the gallery must let visitors browse photos of each outlet separately, with location labels to avoid confusion.

A small but important feature is a dedicated “scanner landing” page: when someone scans the QR codes we place inside our branches, they should arrive at this page, see the same service list, and within one click be prompted to leave a Google rating.

Lastly, a floating WhatsApp chat button should be visible on every page so a guest can start a conversation without hunting for contact details.
