"A quick-commerce grocery delivery app has to move users from search to doorstep in minutes. The project covers the entire customer journey—catalogue, cart, payment, dispatch, live tracking, and post-purchase feedback—so shoppers can order fresh groceries and watch them travel to their door in real time.

Core requirements
• Product-delivery flow focused exclusively on groceries
• Real-time order tracking for customers and riders
• Multiple payment options (card, wallet, COD, etc.) integrated at checkout
• Customer reviews and ratings captured after every order

User flow: browse items, add to cart, pay securely, track the rider live on a map, receive push notifications, and leave feedback. An admin interface is needed for inventory, pricing, and order management, with an API layer that shares driver location data with the consumer app. Clean, well-documented code will make deployment to the App Store and Google Play straightforward.
