"I host a Laravel application on SiteGround and need a seasoned developer who already knows the quirks of that environment. The job is strictly a design-driven task: I want several pages reorganised so the visual flow makes far more sense. Think of it as moving existing blocks around rather than creating brand-new components. No new features, no bug hunts—just clean, efficient layout work inside the Blade views, with CSS tweaks kept tidy in the project’s existing SCSS structure.

You’ll clone the repo, spin up a staging copy on my SiteGround account (SSH and Git integration are enabled), make the changes, push them back, and confirm everything still renders responsively on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Once I approve the staging build, you’ll deploy to production through SiteGround’s Git-based workflow.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every section listed in the brief is repositioned exactly as sketched, with no visual regressions.
• Lighthouse scores remain within 2 pts of current numbers.
• No inline styles; all edits live in the theme’s SCSS.
• Final merge request passes the existing PHPUnit and Dusk suites.
