Or, build this automation using n8n or anything that is economical to maintain is fine.
Yes, even if you use AI to quickly do the below for me, I am ok.

Happy to pay even if below automations if someone can quickly turn it up for me, either in n8n, or just vibe-code and make it fastly up and running for me.


Few things we need to do is:
4 sender accounts (sending ids) of ours, lets call it SID1, SID2, SID3, SID4.

lead comes in a google sheet, including client name, their email, their wesite url, their detailed inquiry message they submitted in the form on website.

now, when new lead comes (new entry on google sheet), we need this to happen.

Email 0 > received email, acknowledging. Asking few hours, (by 9pm PST) I will be back and will reply… personal feels.
Email 1 > ready in draft .. i edit and send. What i sent is remembered by AI.
Email 0 and email 1 if goes from sender id 1
Email 2 is followup that contains exactly what is sent in email 1 (add a line like I already emailed from my other email id and thought to send from my this email id too so just in case it reaches you.)

Basically:
Email 0 goes instantly.(sent from senderid1)
Email 1 in draft, and goes when I manually do it. (sent from senderid1)
Wait 3hours
Email 2 goes if no reply to email 1 (sent from senderid2)

Wait 24hours

Email 3 is followup on email 1 (from sid1) if no reply on email1 or email2.

Wait 24hours

Email 4 is followup on email 2 (from sid2) if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 24hours

Email 5 is followup but as new email just lke email1 (from sid3) if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 24hours

Email 6 is followup on email 3 from sid1 (Here Day5 is complete.)

Wait 36hours
Email 7 is followup but as new email just lke email1 (from sid4) if no reply on any previous emails.
(This is day 7)

Wait 36hours
Email 8 is followup on email 4 from sid2 if no reply on any previous emails.
(Here Day 8 is complete)

Wait 48hours/2days
Email 9 followup on email 5 from sid3 (end of day 10) if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 72 hours/3days
Email 10 followup on email 6 from sid1 if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 4days
Email 11 follow-up on email 7 from sid4 if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 5days
Email 12 follow-up on email 8 from sid2 if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 5days
Email 13 follow-up on email 9 from sid3 if no reply on any previous emails.
Email 14 follow-up on email 10 from sid1 if no reply on any previous emails.

Wait 1 day
Email 15 follow-up on email 11 from sid4 if no reply on any previous emails.

Followup stops.

The cold re-opener with new subjects goes randomly from sid 1/2/3/4 equally distributed (not same to all leads.); smartly randomly.

These emails “Cold re-opener” goes every 5th day from the day email 2 was sent, and it should not keep track of any other dates. But, whenever the above email 1 to email 15 are going, on same date such cold re-opener don’t go, defer cold re-opener to next day.
