Trigger on new leads from Apollo.io.

Map all details (name, email, phone, company, job title, etc.) into the correct Zoho CRM fields.

Apply formatting rules and duplicate checks for clean data.

Zap 2 – Zoho CRM → ChatGPT (OpenAI)

On new or updated leads, send a summary to ChatGPT.

Generate a personalized intro line and outreach angle.

Save the AI-generated text back into a custom field in Zoho.

Zap 3 – Zoho CRM → Brevo

Use enriched data to populate a Brevo transactional email template.

Trigger initial outreach immediately.

Schedule up to two automated follow-ups.

Zap 4 – Multi-App Events → Google Sheets

Track key events (email sent, opened, replied).

Log lead ID, timestamps, and follow-up stage.

Ensure Sheets provides a real-time record for monitoring.

Acceptance Criteria

Every new [login to view URL] lead is captured in Zoho CRM without missing data or duplicates.

ChatGPT reliably generates unique intro lines, stored in Zoho correctly.

Brevo sends emails within one minute of ChatGPT completion, using the generated text.
