"We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior API Integration & AI Solutions Engineer to lead the integration of the Eprolo API into our dropshipping operations and develop advanced AI-powered solutions across multiple business areas. This role is critical to ensuring smooth product sourcing, order management, and fulfillment via Eprolo, while also architecting AI-driven features that enhance customer experience, personalization, fraud detection, dispute resolution, tax automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Eprolo API Integration (Very Important):

Develop robust Eprolo API integrations to:
-Search, retrieve, and import products by category or keyword.
-Sync product details (pricing, images, descriptions) with our e-commerce platform (Shopify preferred).
-Automate order capture, payment processing, and fulfillment workflows via Eprolo API.
-Track order status and shipping updates in real-time.
-Implement automated customer notifications for order updates and tracking.
-Monitor product availability and remove inactive items dynamically.
-Integrate similar product import and management workflows for CJ Dropshipping API.

AI-Powered Analytical Dashboard (Very Important):

-Design and implement a comprehensive analytics dashboard tracking conversion rates and key performance indicators.
-Integrate heatmap data, user behavior analytics, and feedback aggregation for actionable insights.
-Develop AI algorithms for anomaly detection, user segmentation, and recommendation prioritization.

AI-Driven E-commerce Solutions:

-Implement AI features addressing:
-Cart abandonment and frictionless checkout with dynamic form pre-fill and real-time cost transparency.
-Visual and semantic product search with hyper-personalized recommendations.
-Fit prediction engines to reduce sizing uncertainty and returns.
-24/7 AI chatbots and AI-assisted support agent tools for enhanced customer service.
-Dynamic content personalization and predictive replenishment alerts.
-Real-time fraud detection and verified review summarization.
-Multilingual website and live chat translation.
-AI-powered dispute resolution workflows combining automated mediation and human-AI hybrid processes.
-Tax processing automation including data collection, tax return preparation, refund calculation, and payment scheduling.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align AI and API solutions with business goals.
Continuously monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and refine AI models and integrations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-Proven experience integrating complex RESTful APIs, preferably Eprolo and CJ Dropshipping APIs.
-Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar) and e-commerce platforms.
-Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-powered solutions in e-commerce.
-Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and chatbot frameworks.
-Familiarity with analytics tools, heatmap technologies, and dashboard development.
-Knowledge of payment processing, fraud detection, and tax automation systems.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and secure data transmission/storage.
-Familiarity with e-signature solutions and legal compliance for dispute resolution.
-Background in AI-driven customer support and personalization engines.
-Knowledge of international tax regulations and e-commerce compliance.
- Proven experience with API integration in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in retail.
