"I am looking for an experienced WordPress performance optimization expert to resolve CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) issues on my website RoopVibes.com.

Website Setup:

WordPress with Kadence Premium Theme + Kadence Pro Blocks (Gutenberg)
Currently using Seraphinite Accelerator Premium plugin for caching
Hosting will be managed separately (please do not suggest hosting changes)


The Problem:

Google Search Console reports CLS > 0.25 (mobile and desktop) across all pages.
Core Web Vitals status: ‘Poor’ for Mobile, ‘Needs Improvement’ for Desktop.
PageSpeed Insights shows very high scores (95+/100), but CLS is still failing in Google Search Console validation.
The Seraphinite plugin reports CLS = 0.00, which does not match Google Search Console results.


What I Need:

A genuine fix for CLS issues (not just PageSpeed score improvement).
Detailed explanation of what is causing the CLS on my site.
Implementation of stable layout shifts handling for Gutenberg blocks and Kadence components.
