"I have a production React Native application running on both iOS and Android that needs a mix of polish and expansion. On the experience side, I want the navigation flow to feel more intuitive and the overall visual design brought up to modern standards—cleaner layouts, crisper animations, and a consistent design language across every screen.

At the same time, two core modules must be added. First, a robust user-authentication flow supporting email/password plus social log-ins. Second, a full push-notification layer wired to FCM/APNS so users receive timely, segmented messages. Both will rely on existing REST endpoints (Node.js backend) that you will consume and, where needed, suggest minor adjustments.

Performance is another priority. Current builds suffer from long cold-start times, noticeable battery drain during background tasks, and steady memory creep after prolonged use. I need measurable gains here—profile, optimise, and document what you changed so we can track the improvements.

Key deliverables
• Redesigned navigation and refreshed UI components
• Integrated auth flow with error handling and secure storage
• Push-notification service with topic/segment support and in-app handling
• Performance report showing faster load, lower battery impact, stable memory footprint
