"I’m extending my existing system (PHP backend and Flutter front ends for both web and mobile) with an SOS module. When a user presses a clearly visible SOS button, the application must instantly:

• Capture the user’s current latitude and longitude from the browser or the mobile device
• Push that location to the server via a secure PHP endpoint
• Trigger an alert message that reaches the predefined recipients (push/in-app notification and, if it’s no extra effort, an email)
• Persist the event in the database so it can be reviewed later in an admin panel

No voice commands, shake gestures, or direct phone calls are required—just the button-press workflow above.

I’ll give you access to the current repositories and can expose any additional API keys you might need for geolocation or messaging. Please structure your code so it slots cleanly into the existing Flutter project and follows best practices on the PHP side (PSR-12, proper routing, prepared statements/ORM, etc.).

Hand-off is complete when:

1. The button works the same way on web and mobile.
2. The location reported is accurate within normal GPS tolerances.
3. Recipients receive the alert message in real time.
4. A short README explains how to configure recipients and deploy the changes.
