"About the Project
I am Rudra Kadel, a RERA-registered broker in Ambika Township, Jeevraj Park, Rajkot. I am planning to develop a mobile-friendly online property portal exclusively for brokers. Property owners are not allowed on this portal.

The portal will be admin-managed:
- I (admin) will be the only one entering property listings.
- Brokers can register, get approved by admin, and then view listings.
- Owner contact details will remain private (only stored for admin use in local database and not online).

Workflow
1. Telecaller Team → Collects property interest from owners offline.
2. Admin Entry → Admin fills a digital property entry form.
3. Database Storage → Property details saved, but contact & block number remain private in Local Storage.
4. Broker Access → Approved brokers see the listings (without owner contact info).

Frontend (Broker Side)
- 3-Step Signup Flow with OTP verification & admin approval.
- Login with mobile/email + password.
- Broker Dashboard:
• View listings under categories: Residential, Commercial, Plot, Land.
• Property cards with fields like: Age, Area, Furnished/Unfurnished, Price, etc.
• Search & filter options (price, BHK, furnish status, etc.).
- Property detail view (owner details hidden).

Admin Panel
- Admin login.
- Approve/reject broker registrations.
- Property entry form (15–20 fields, e.g., property type, area, furnish status, age, price, etc.).
