"I run a wholesale messaging business and I need a single, web-based application that lets me run every part of the operation in one place. The system has to handle both A2P and P2P traffic and must cover the full workflow—rate management, real-time routing, billing and invoicing—without forcing me to juggle separate tools.

What I want the finished platform to do
• Let me upload, edit and version customer and vendor rate decks, including automatic margin or markup rules
• Drive routing decisions in real time, favouring the cheapest qualified route while respecting quality or volume constraints
• Produce accurate usage records and turn them into branded PDF invoices on a schedule I define
• Expose everything through a clean browser UI and a documented REST/SMPP API so I can plug in external gateways or a future CRM
• Generate clear traffic, revenue and cost reports that I can filter by customer, vendor, country or date

Tech stack is flexible—MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node, PHP, Python or Go are all acceptable as long as the result is stable and easy to maintain. Responsive frontend (React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS/JS) is essential.
