"I want to release a first-iteration Android app that lets shoppers dress a fully rotatable 3D human avatar and move straight into a purchase flow. The core experience is simple but must feel smooth and visually appealing: users choose an avatar, spin it 360° with a swipe, pick a garment rendered as a true 3D model, see it snap onto the body, then tap to add the item to their cart and check out.

Scope of work
• Build the Android project from scratch (Java/Kotlin or a game engine such as Unity, whichever you prefer)
• Load and display a default male and female avatar in real-time 3D
• Implement full-body rotation with standard touch gestures
• Import and apply 3D garment files (FBX/GLB/OBJ) to the avatar, maintaining correct positioning and scaling
• Basic catalogue UI: thumbnail grid, item details, “add to cart” and a dummy checkout screen so the flow feels complete
• Clean, documented source code plus a signed APK so I can test on my own device

Acceptance
The APK installs on a mid-range Android phone (Android 10+) and delivers 30 FPS or better while the user rotates the dressed avatar. At least three sample garment files must load correctly and remain aligned as the model turns.

Future iterations may add zoom controls, live augmentation, or iOS/Web support, so structuring the codebase for easy extension is a bonus." (client-provided description)
