Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter) with a secure backend (Laravel + MySQL).
The app is an exclusive property listing platform for brokers, where only the admin can upload properties and other registered brokers can view, search, and bookmark them.

The system must ensure secure handling of sensitive information and provide a smooth, always-logged-in broker experience.

Key Features

1. Authentication & Onboarding
• Signup with: Full Name, Mobile Number (OTP verification), Email (optional), Password.
• Login options:
• With password.
• With OTP.
• User should remain logged in until they choose to log out.
• Terms & Conditions acceptance checkbox during signup.
• Step-based onboarding UI (1/3, 2/3, 3/3 style).

2. Home Page
• Clean UI with:
• Search bar (by area, project name, property code).
• Category tabs: Buy, Commercial, Plot/Land, Office/Shop.
• Banner tagline.
• Quick access to top localities & statistics.
• Bottom navigation: Home, Search, Bookmarks, Profile.

3. Property Listings
• Only admin can add properties (via backend panel).
• Brokers can:
• View property details (photos, price, area, type, status).
• Search & filter properties.
• Bookmark/save listings.
• Sensitive information (owner mobile number, block number, Google map location) should not be visible on the platform.
• Instead, this data should be stored securely in a separate database or encrypted storage that only the admin can access.
• Developer should propose a secure method (example: separate encrypted table, or offline local DB accessible only by admin).

4. Profile Management
• Brokers can update profile (name, mobile, email, password).
• Manage saved/bookmarked properties.

5. Admin Backend (Laravel)
• Secure login for admin.
• Add/Edit/Delete property listings.
• Upload property photos.
• Manage broker accounts.
• Dashboard with property statistics.
• Sensitive data management (stored securely outside public database).

6. Notifications & Updates
• Push notifications for new property listings or updates.
• Notification center in-app.

7. Security
• OTP verification for mobile numbers.
• JWT/Auth token-based session management.
