Project description:
"I’m building a mobile app that makes it effortless for customers across Kashmir to order our packaged goods on a weekly basis. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, displaying crisp product images and letting shoppers pick a Small, Medium, or Large pack before checking out.

Core workflow
• Simple sign-up/login so only registered users can place or repeat orders.
• Product catalogue with image gallery, pack-size selector, live price (including our small courier surcharge).
• Secure payment-gateway integration—Stripe, Razorpay, or your recommended alternative that supports Indian cards, UPI and wallets.
• Weekly-order scheduler with an option to copy last week’s cart in one tap.
• Order-tracking screen that pulls courier status updates.

Back-office needs
An Admin console (web or in-app) where I can add new products, update stock or pricing, see incoming orders and mark them “ready for dispatch”.

Deliverables
• Full source code for the iOS & Android apps (React Native, Flutter or another cross-platform stack you’re confident in).
• Lightweight back-end/API with database schema, hosted on AWS, Firebase or similar.
• Payment-gateway keys wired for test and live modes.
• One-round hand-off session so my team understands deployment and routine updates.

Acceptance
The build is considered complete once I can:
1. Register, log in and place a test order using a live card.
2. View the order in the Admin console and update its status.
3. Receive a push or SMS confirming dispatch.
