Overview
I need an automation where entries in Google Sheets trigger WhatsApp autoresponses using Google Apps Script and Tasker/AutoResponder. The system must support scheduled outbound messages (for example, reports) and simple 2-3 step conversational flows. All reply texts, options, ranges, and schedules should be editable in Google Sheets without code changes.

Scope of Work

Google Sheets and Apps Script Integration

Configure Google Sheets as the central database for:

Product information (Name, MRP, DP, Stock)

Reply templates for different scenarios (for example, product available, out of stock, exit chat)

Develop Google Apps Script to:

Capture user input from WhatsApp (via Tasker)

Perform fuzzy matching for product names

Format replies dynamically based on product availability

Trigger Tasker webhooks for message delivery

Tasker and AutoResponder Setup

Configure Tasker to receive webhook requests from Google Apps Script

Use AutoResponder to send WhatsApp messages from my existing WhatsApp number

Enable 2-3 step conversational handling:

Scenario 1: User requests a product, then reply with variants and stock, then user selects an option, then reply with final product details and order prompt

Scenario 2: If product is out of stock, send an automated response and record a follow up to notify when back in stock

Add Exit Chat as the final option in flows

Scheduled Messaging

Implement scheduled triggers in Apps Script to send daily or weekly reports as images or PDFs to selected WhatsApp numbers

Error Handling and Best Practices

Use robust fuzzy matching for product names

Keep conversations concise (maximum 3 steps)

Store and manage reply templates in Sheets for easy updates

Provide documentation for maintaining and updating the system
