"Project Overview
I need an experienced Android developer to resolve audio capture permission issues for a call recording app that's been installed as a system app but cannot obtain CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT permission.
Current Situation

App is installed in /system/app/ directory
Most permissions are working correctly
CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT permission cannot be granted via pm grant
Error: "Permission is not a changeable permission type"
Need system-level audio capture functionality

Required Tasks
Primary Objectives:

Resolve CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT permission issue

Analyze current APK signing and manifest configuration
