"I need a complete ride-sharing mobile application, similar in concept and flow to sRide or RideBuddy, built for both iOS and Android users. The goal is to let commuters easily offer or request seats, match with compatible routes in real time, handle payments securely inside the app, and rate each other after every trip.

Here is what I expect:

• A smooth, modern user experience built either natively (Swift / Kotlin) or with a robust cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native.
• Core features that include account creation, driver & passenger profiles, route and time matching, live GPS tracking through Google Maps and Apple Maps, in-app chat, push notifications, payment‐gateway integration for wallet/UPI/cards, and a rating & review loop.
• A lightweight web-based admin panel (any popular stack is fine) where I can monitor rides, user activity, payments, disputes, and basic analytics.
• Clean, well-commented source code, build files for both stores, and brief technical documentation so future updates are straightforward.
