"I need a full-stack developer who can deliver a single code-base system that works smoothly in the browser and as a mobile app. The core of the project is an integration with Binance’s API to stream real-time market data and price charts, run several trading algorithms on that feed, and instantly push alerts when any of those algorithms fire.

Here is what matters most to me

• Real-time market feed: sockets or REST polling is fine as long as the charts refresh without perceptible lag.
• Strategy engine: I will be experimenting with many approaches—from classic mean reversion, momentum and arbitrage through custom ideas I will add later—so the logic layer needs to be modular and easy to extend.
• Alerting: when a strategy’s entry, exit or risk condition is met I want an immediate notification (in-app, push, and ideally e-mail/SMS).
• Unified code base: a web dashboard plus iOS/Android builds. React + React Native, Flutter, or any comparable stack that keeps maintenance simple is welcome.
• Security: safe storage of API keys, no hard-coding, and sensible rate-limit handling.
• Clean hand-over: clear documentation, an environment setup guide, and a short recorded walkthrough of how to add a new strategy.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can input my Binance API keys, select a symbol and see a live candlestick chart within 5 seconds.
2. At least two sample strategies run concurrently, each producing a timestamped alert that arrives on the mobile device in under 2 seconds.
3. Adding a new strategy involves creating one new file or class and registering it—no core edits required.
