"This project is for a simple proof of concept application. I would like both a Windows app and an Android app. You can bid on one OS or both.

The app needs to perform a batch of cURL commands or something equivalent. This first phase needs to execute sample commands such as these:

curl -X POST [login to view URL]

curl -X POST [login to view URL]

The first command turns on a local Roku TV. The second launches an app.

The second phase will include features to manage lots of devices and schedule to commands.
