"I need a responsive real-estate website that can simultaneously impress buyers and capture fresh leads. The finished site must do three things well: showcase my listings with crisp visuals, let visitors filter and search by location/price/amenities, and send every enquiry straight to my inbox or CRM.

Because I selected “Both” in the brief, I’m hoping for someone who wears two hats: a skilled web designer/developer who also understands the day-to-day realities of selling property in the United States or the United Kingdom. If you’re a licensed agent yourself—or have worked closely with brokerages—your insight on compliance wording, IDX/MLS or Rightmove/Zoopla feeds, and persuasive copy will be invaluable.

Platform is your choice (WordPress + IDX, Webflow, Squarespace, or a lightweight custom build) as long as it’s secure, SEO-friendly, and easy for a non-technical agent to update. I haven’t decided how frequently new listings will be added, so please outline either a simple back-end workflow or an optional maintenance plan.
