"We need a senior Android developer to fix an issue with FCM high-priority data messages not triggering incoming call notifications on Samsung devices (and other OEMs with battery restrictions).

The app is already functional:
Web client makes a call → push notification → Android app launches call.
Problem: On Samsung (background/closed app), the notification doesn’t appear.

Tasks
Fix FCM + Foreground Service + Full-Screen Notification for incoming calls.

Ensure reliable call reception even under Doze/battery restrictions.

Optimize and clean up existing Java/Kotlin code.

Provide quick documentation + improvement suggestions.
