This project focuses on building a mobile application specifically designed for low-literacy or uneducated patients to manage their medication effectively using intuitive visual aids. By replacing traditional text-based medication reminders with picture-based interfaces, the app aims to enhance medication adherence and safety. The application will be developed through a collaboration between a Pharm.D student and an IT student, with field testing at ESI Hospital, Ayanavaram.

The app includes visual medication reminders, audio instructions in local languages, smart pill tracking, emergency alert options, and caregiver access to ensure that users take medications correctly and consistently. The platform is particularly useful for chronic patients who require daily medication and continuous support.

Key Features:

1. Visual Interface: Uses icons and medicine images for ease of understanding.

2. Voice Instructions & Multilingual Support: Plays medicine instructions in Tamil, Hindi, etc.

3. Caregiver Access: Allows family/caregivers to track and support patient medication adherence.
