"I am ready to commission a ground-up ERP solution focused on two core modules—Finance and Inventory Management—so our internal processes finally live in one cohesive environment instead of scattered spreadsheets.

Finance must handle invoicing, expense tracking and financial reporting out of the box, plus a full “Accounting & inventory System” layer that keeps ledgers synchronized with stock movements. On the inventory side, I need robust stock management tightly linked to Sale, Purchase, Recipt, Payment, cotra and journal operations so every transaction automatically updates both quantities on hand and the related financial entries.

I’m looking for a developer or team that can architect the overall database, craft clean, well-documented code (modern PHP, Python or a comparable stack; open to your recommendation), and deliver an intuitive web UI that non-technical staff can adopt quickly. Security, role-based access control and clear API endpoints for future integrations are essential.

Milestone expectations
• Functional prototype covering Finance invoicing flow and Inventory stock adjustments
• Iteration delivering complete Finance features with real-time ledger updates
• Final build integrating all requested Inventory transactions, polished UI and deployment documentation

Code must be version-controlled (Git) and accompanied by straightforward installation notes so my in-house IT team can maintain and extend the system after hand-over.
