"My BLE-enabled Android app drops its connection at unpredictable moments. There’s no clear trigger—pairing succeeds, data flows briefly, then the link just disappears without warning. I’m looking for someone who knows the quirks of BluetoothGatt, connection priorities, and background threading in Android Studio to trace and eliminate this instability.

You’ll have access to the full project in a Git repo. I need you to:

• reproduce the random disconnect on at least one common test device (I’ve seen it on Galaxy S7 Edge)
• locate the root cause—whether it’s a missed callback, a race condition, or something in the connection parameters
• implement a solid fix that keeps the session alive under normal usage (foreground, background, and activity switches)
• supply a concise changelog and the key logcat traces that prove the issue is resolved
