Project description:
"I need a Windows-based desktop application that lets me render automotive electrical schematics on demand. The core of the project is a fast, accurate “on-demand schematics rendering tool” that can take stored circuit data and instantly display a clear, zoomable diagram for the user.

The software must respect multiple user roles with permissions so that technicians, engineers, and administrators each see only the functions intended for them. An admin should be able to add or remove users, assign roles, and control access to sensitive editing or export options.

Although Windows is the only required platform for this first release, I’d like the codebase structured cleanly enough that future ports to macOS or Linux stay feasible. If that influences your choice of framework or graphics library, mention it in your proposal.

• Compiled Windows installer
• Complete, well-commented source code
• Role-based access control module (with at least Admin, Engineer, and Viewer roles)
• On-demand schematic rendering engine with smooth pan/zoom and clear linework
• Brief user guide and setup instructions
