"I need a custom iPad (or Android tablet) application that will finally let us retire the Excel sheets we use to track PVC board production. Supervisors on the shop floor will key in only the production quantities; the app must do the rest—calculating efficiency metrics, defect rates, and rolling production trends automatically.

Every extrusion machine’s live output has to reach a manager-level dashboard within seconds, giving me a real-time bird’s-eye view of each line. A clear, colour-coded layout works fine as long as the data refreshes continuously.

Key deliverables:
• Tablet-friendly UI with offline capture and automatic sync
• Secure login with operator and manager roles
• Database that stores historical records and exports to Excel/CSV
