"I need a clean, modern website whose sole focus is to highlight my firm’s IT consulting services. The core of the site will be a dedicated section for case-study video stories; these videos tell prospects exactly how we solve real-world technology problems, so they must look front-and-centre, stream smoothly on both desktop and mobile, and be easy for me to swap out or add in the future.

Scope of work
• Design and develop a responsive site (WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly flexible CMS) with fast loading times and solid on-page SEO foundations.
• Build a visually engaging case-study hub: thumbnail grid or carousel, lightbox or embedded player, and a clear narrative around each project.
• Craft concise service pages that point visitors toward those video success stories and a contact call-to-action.
• Configure an intuitive back-end so I can upload new videos, edit text snippets, and publish updates without touching code.

Acceptance criteria
1. Homepage, services pages, and video case-study section render flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and mobile browsers.
2. Each video plays without buffering when hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or self-hosted; player controls match the site style.
3. CMS instructions (short loom or PDF) show me exactly how to add/edit future case studies.
