"I need all of my individual Signal chats on iOS extracted to plain-text (TXT) files. The goal is a clean, human-readable archive that includes timestamps, sender names, and message content.
You may choose the most reliable approach—whether that’s working from an encrypted iTunes backup, using the Signal CLI, or another proven technique—as long as it keeps every message intact and preserves my privacy.

Here’s what I expect:
• A repeatable step-by-step method (script, CLI commands, or clear illustrated guide) that I can run again whenever needed.
• One TXT file per chat, properly named.
• All data kept strictly local to my machine; no cloud hops.

I’ll supply the iPhone backup or can follow precise backup instructions you provide. If any dependencies or open-source tools are required, let me know upfront so I can install them.
