"I’m building a cross-platform ride-hailing experience and need a complete Flutter application that automatically matches a passenger with the closest available taxi. The workflow is straightforward: a rider opens the app, taps “Request,” and the system identifies the nearest driver so the pickup can begin.

Core flow
• Passenger interface (iOS & Android, single Flutter codebase) that shows a live map, pickup confirmation, and trip status
• Driver interface that broadcasts the driver’s current location so distance calculations stay accurate
• Driver rating system at the end of every trip (1‒5 stars with optional comment)

Admin portal
A lightweight web or Flutter-web panel should let me:
• View, add, suspend, or edit driver accounts
• Monitor active and completed rides in real time
• Access rider feedback and average ratings

Tech notes
Google Maps, Mapbox, or a comparable SDK is fine as long as routing is fast and reliable. Firebase, Supabase, or a similar realtime database can handle location updates, though I’m open to other stacks that keep latency low.

Deliverables
1. Source code for passenger app, driver app, and admin panel
2. Build instructions plus two test builds (APK & iOS TestFlight)
3. Brief document outlining setup of backend services and how distance matching works
4. Two weeks of post-handover bug fixing to ensure smooth launch
