1. Client Interest Stage
• Once the client fixes a date/time, you send them a personalized link (to your Bhoomi Farmlands microsite).
• The link opens a webpage with simple instructions:
• Share location (GPS permission).
• Keep volume high.
• Keep webpage open during travel.
2. Webpage Functionality
• The site runs a background location tracker (using HTML5 Geolocation + JavaScript APIs).
• Predefined geo-fence markers (say, a 200–300m radius around each landmark) are set along the route.
• As soon as the client’s location crosses into a marker zone, a triggered audio file plays automatically.
3. Audio Tour Style
