"Our live crypto exchange runs on a PHP / ASP.NET back-end with companion iOS and Android apps. Traffic is climbing, spreads are tightening, and users now notice every millisecond of delay. I need a specialist who can simultaneously speed things up and lock things down.

The end-goal is clear: faster order-book and wallet operations, sub-second page and API response times, and a security posture that passes a full pen-test without exceptions. You’ll start by profiling the existing stack, tracing database calls, API gateways and caching layers, then implement whatever mix of refactoring, horizontal scaling, CDN tuning or Redis-style caching is required. In parallel, conduct a threat-model review and harden everything from 2FA flows to hot-wallet handling, patching any PHP or ASP.NET vulnerabilities you uncover. Any UI tweaks needed to surface the gains must feel seamless on both web and mobile.
