Project description:
"I need an Android application that streamlines our factory workflow by combining real-time process monitoring with robust automated reporting. Need to shift from physical log books being entered by machine operators to app based real time system wherein machine operator can fill data of each machine and data flows to next machine operator.

On the monitoring side, the app must pull live data from our production lines so supervisors can view status dashboards, KPIs and machine states the moment they change. Latency has to be negligible; any solution you propose for data ingestion and WebSocket-style updates is welcome as long as the feed stays real-time.

Reporting should run without manual intervention. Each day the system must compile a concise summary of shift output, push anomaly-detection alerts the instant thresholds are breached, and generate performance analytics that highlight trends over time. These reports will be delivered both in-app and by email / push notification so managers receive them even when they are off the shop floor.

If you already have experience interfacing Android with PLCs, OPC UA, MQTT or similar industrial protocols, let me know—our machines expose data through those endpoints. Otherwise, I can provide API documentation and a test endpoint. I am flexible on your choice of tech stack (Kotlin, Java, React Native, Flutter, etc.) as long as the final APK is stable, secure and easy for us to maintain.
