"I need a fully-functional AppSheet solution that lets my zoo team handle two core areas from any phone or desktop:

Animal records
Each enclosure should have its own record where we can log Animal Health checks, day-to-day Feeding Schedules, and—because our carers overlap with maintenance—link each entry to the relevant staff schedules for quick accountability. A clean dashboard that surfaces overdue health tasks or missed feeds is a must.

Staff scheduling
Managers must be able to create, update, and view Work Shifts, Training Sessions, and approved Time Offs in one place. The calendar should colour-code these three schedule types and automatically flag conflicts (for example, when a keeper is on leave but still assigned a feed). Ideally, schedule changes trigger an in-app or email notification.

The app has to be built natively in AppSheet on top of a Google Sheets or Excel data source so my non-technical team can tweak tables later. I will supply the initial sheet structure; you configure the relationships, views, forms, and automations, then hand over full editor access plus concise setup notes.
