We are seeking an experienced freelancer with expertise in Twilio functions and WordPress API integration to create a seamless integration between Twilio and WordPress. The goal is to implement a Twilio function that collects a 4-digit code from a caller, validates the code against the user's account in WordPress, checks the available minutes, and processes the call flow accordingly.

Requirements:
1. Twilio Integration:

Develop a Twilio Function within Twilio Studio to collect a 4-digit code from the caller.

After the caller enters the code, the function will check the number of available minutes the user has in their WordPress account.

2. WordPress API Integration:

The Twilio function should interact with an existing WordPress API (we already have a custom endpoint set up) to validate the 4-digit code and retrieve the number of available minutes for that user.

Ensure that the API correctly returns the available minutes for the user based on the 4-digit code entered.

3. Response Handling:

If the available minutes are more than 1: The call should proceed to the next step, connecting another Twilio action.

If there are 1 or fewer minutes left: The system should inform the caller that they do not have enough minutes and hang up the call.

4. Error Handling:

Implement error handling to cover scenarios like:

Invalid 4-digit code entered.

No input or invalid response from the caller.

Failure of the API call to retrieve available minutes.

The user will call a phone number provided by Twilio.

The user will be asked to enter a 4-digit code associated with their WordPress account.

Each user has a certain number of available minutes that can be accessed through the WordPress API.

Once the user enters the 4-digit code, the function checks if the user has enough available minutes. If they do, they are asked to enter the code of the person they want to speak with.

Based on the code entered, the user will be connected to an operator. After the call ends, the minutes used will be deducted from the user's available minutes in WordPress." (client-provided description)
