"I’m planning a full-cycle AI roll-out that tackles two fronts at once: customer insight and back-office efficiency.
First, on the customer side, the goal is to capture every comment, review and support message we receive, run it through a sentiment and topic-extraction model, and deliver clear, actionable reports. I need an end-to-end pipeline that pulls data from our chat, email and social channels, stores it in a usable format, applies NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, and feeds the results to a real-time dashboard my team can easily read—preferably built with something lightweight like Streamlit, Power BI or Looker Studio.
Second, inside the company, I want to streamline three internal workflows:
• Gestão de estoque – forecast stock levels and generate automatic reorder alerts in our ERP.
• Processamento de dados – replace manual spreadsheet work with Python or R scripts that clean, merge and visualise data.
• Automações administrativas – small but time-consuming tasks such as invoice matching, report generation and email notifications, ideally handled through RPA or low-code tools.
I will provide API keys, sample databases and access to our current systems; you deliver documented code, integration guides and a quick training session for my staff. Clean, well-commented Python is preferred, though I’m open to other stacks if they fit the job." (client-provided description)
