"I am looking for an expert PowerPoint designer to create a professional and visually appealing presentation for the IT Department, covering technical and financial details for the year 2025. The presentation should include approximately 15 slides with professional animations, wonderful color combinations, and relevant images. All animations and information must be open and editable.

Important Notes:
- Please read all points carefully. I specifically need a PowerPoint designer with expertise in animations. Only graphic designers without relevant experience in PowerPoint and animations, please do not apply.
- Animation is a must. Alternatively, converting the presentation into an animated video will be accepted only if it looks highly professional and visually appealing.
- Multiple templates may be required to finalize the design, ensuring the report looks realistic and polished.
- The report should include details and financials (provided by me) along with relevant images related to IT (e.g., AI/Technology, Networking, IT Infrastructures).
- Last year's designs, which were created by me and shared with top management, will be provided as a reference.
