"I need a web-based application that lets my staff manually create and manage package-delivery orders from a single browser screen. When an order is placed they will key in the customer’s name, email, phone, pickup point, drop-off point and select the package type; the system should then calculate a price estimate automatically using a rate table or formula that I will provide. The system must also save all customer data for future marketing campeigns

Once the order is saved, the customer must receive a plain-text receipt by both email and SMS. No PDFs or HTML—just a clear text summary of the booking, price and tracking reference.

On the admin side I want a dashboard that refreshes in real time, displaying today’s revenue as well as all-time totals, with simple date filters so I can pull daily, weekly or monthly figures at a glance. A searchable order list with edit/cancel capabilities will make life easier for my counter staff.

Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Django, Node, React or anything comparable—as long as the final app is secure, mobile-responsive and easy to deploy on a standard web host.
