The core flow is straightforward: I’ll upload a CSV that contains every prospect’s phone number, hit send, and the platform will broadcast both text and image-based messages immediately.

Essential capabilities
• Message formats: plain text and images (no video support required for now).
• Import: bulk CSV upload is the only mandatory method; the file will include phone, name, and any tags you advise for segmentation.
• One-click send: once the CSV is in, I need a single action to trigger the blast to all listed contacts.
• Reporting: after each campaign the dashboard should surface delivery status, read receipts, and engagement metrics (opens, clicks if you add short-links, etc.) in a clean, exportable view.
• Compliance: avoid getting the number flagged by WhatsApp; please build with the official WhatsApp Business API or another approach you can keep stable long-term.
