"Built a jobs hiring portal website followed by a mobile app.

*It must be able automated minimum management !*

Break down the cost and time frame for each phase of development , including the coding recommendation.

Various type of registrations
- job seekers panel
Upon launching website / app user will be prompt to automatically login.
New/ existing user can login using email otp , then they can create password to remember their profiles or sign in using Gmail account.
Any user can browse and click job listings , but in order to view the full job description they have to be verified via WhatsApp otp authentication
Once WhatsApp otp verification , a basic profile is tagged to the mobile phone where seekers can login to create resume / input email and bio data and last drawn salary , expected salary, industry , skills , experience / positions etc
- a super admin backend panel for to also categorize under male/female / age range / birthday / / mobile phone / salary / employed or self employed to download csv or backup to run fb campaigns
- ⁠customize features check box for different packages and configure coins packages pricing
- ⁠manage listing including manual configuration for bump/ spotlight / etc

Recruiters
- dynamic backend to configure various package quarterly/ half yearly / yearly membership & coins purchase perks for members
- recruiters can add and upgrade their package to view and search job seekers resume. Filters search.
- recruiters can automatically upgrade to get resume recommendations, this way the listing can be automatically sent to seekers dm/whatsapps

Example - monthly package is xx coins equivalent to $xx . Recruiters can buy additional xx coins for $xx with a discount of 5% as it is quarterly subscription . If it is half yearly subscription coins will be offered 10% discount & 15% for yearly subscription paid upfront.

With additional xx coins recruiters can also send listing to whatsapp to seekers , per WhatsApp 1coins
Per repost is xx coins , per highlight is xx coins , per featured post is additional xx coins . These should be a dynamic backend configuration for super admin to adjust price / check box on features / packages
- example recruiters may have 3 types of membership , basic , premium , platinum

1) bump aka repost function . This will automatically put the listing back on top for the search
2) auto-bump function , allowing advertisers to bump accordance to their needs
3) highlight function , will automatically bump their listing up once , and highlight the feature listing for a week. Advertiser can choose how frequency of function . Advertiser can add on coins to boost the visibility of the post ( enhance the listing exposure with bigger ads space / details to be seen)

This platform must be able to automatically perform and compose daily email feed to job seekers
- 1) generic daily listing it will appear based on timing. The first to create a job listing on calendar day will be previews as and AI compose email will be sent out 1030 am
- ⁠2) search job position example if I am logged in and search for sales job , thus sales job email will be automatically sent at 5pm for platinum membership
