Project description:
"I need a web-based tool to calculate travel fees for technicians. The tool should allow bulk input of customer lists and determine the closest technician for each customer. The output should be a spreadsheet containing distances, costs, time, and technician names for each site. Use either Google maps or MapBox for the distance and time calculations. Some regions will have multiply technicians in which case the top priority technician should be used.

The web based tool should be password protected.

The work flow will be upload the customer spread sheet > the tool calculates distances, costs etc by referencing the list of technicians on Zeemaps or uploaded via a spread sheet. > The tool export the spreadsheet with all calculations for each site.

Requirements:
- Web application framework (Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.)
- Bulk input capability (ZeeMaps, spreadsheets)
- Password protection

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web application development
- Experience with mapping and distance calculation APIs
