"I need an iOS engineer who is already enrolled in Apple’s Developer Enterprise Program and comfortable with all the certificate, provisioning-profile, and MDM steps required to ship an internal-only app. The product itself is a task-management tool used by staff across several offices, and it must remain private, stable, and installable on demand.

Here is what I am after: set up a secure in-house distribution pipeline, sign and package the current build, publish it behind our firewall, and enforce individual user-based access so that only approved employees can download or receive updates. No integration with any other internal system is required right now.

To move forward, please include screenshots or other proof of a previous enterprise deployment you maintained—bonus points if you can show how you handled certificate renewal and app updates over time.
