Project Overview
It is an MSP based in Sydney. We need a modern, secure corporate website that showcases our services, communicates our business outcomes, shares insights and news, and includes a client support area. The site must be easy for us to manage after launch. We will provide the site map and page content; your job is to design and build the site around them.
Scope of Work
Discovery & Planning
Review our materials and goals.
Develop a design system (colours, typography, buttons, cards, icons).
Create wireframes and mockups for approximately 8–10 pages (e.g., Home, Business Outcomes, Services, Insights, Company, Client Support, Contact, Legal).
Refine user journey based on our provided site map.
Development & Integration
Build the site on WordPress (or propose an alternative CMS) with a user-friendly backend.
Implement the pages according to the provided site map.
Ensure responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Optimise performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and basic SEO (meta tags, schema).
Integrate Zendesk (or similar) for client support ticketing and knowledge base, plus a booking widget (Calendly/Microsoft Bookings).
Implement lead capture/contact forms with anti‑spam protection.
Testing & Launch
Provide a staging site for review.
Conduct cross‑browser and device testing.
Train our team to manage content via the CMS; provide short documentation.
Launch the site on our hosting platform and ensure SEO essentials ([login to view URL], [login to view URL]).
Offer a short post‑launch support period for bug fixing.
Deliverables

Skills Required
