"I’m putting together a short, atmospheric video piece and need a single 2-D character that feels unmistakably mysterious and dark. The end goal is a brief on-screen animation, so I’m looking for someone who can take the character from concept sketch all the way to a web-ready, looped asset.

Here’s how I see the workflow unfolding:

• You sketch and refine the concept until the mood is right—think shadowy silhouette, subtle details, and a presence that hints at danger without leaning on gore.
• We lock the turnaround, and you deliver layered source files (PSD, AI, or equivalent) rig-ready for animation.
• You animate a clean, seamless loop (5–10 seconds is enough) suitable for HTML5/Canvas or MP4 export.
• Finally, you help me drop that loop into a simple landing page so the piece plays smoothly on desktop and mobile.

I’m operating on a tight budget, so efficiency matters: clean hand-off files, minimal revisions, and careful asset optimization are key. If you’re comfortable bouncing between Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, or Spine—and you can handle a bit of front-end insertion (basic HTML, CSS, maybe a tiny snippet of JavaScript)—we should be a great fit.
