"I need an experienced development partner to design, build, and deploy a fully-featured football betting exchange. The platform must support real-time trading between users, built-in liquidity management, and a modern web interface that scales smoothly from matchday spikes to quiet mid-week traffic.

Core functionality
• Market coverage: football only, with pre-match markets automatically transforming into live and in-play markets the moment the whistle blows.
• Betting mechanics: users must be able to place live bets, trade in-play, and trigger a cash-out at any time the market is active.
• Account layer: multiple user levels (player, agent, super-agent, admin) with permission controls and dashboards showing detailed user statistics such as P&L, strike rate, and exposure.
• Odds engine: real-time odds calculation with latency under one second and support for fractional, decimal, and American formats.
• Data feed integration: connect to a reliable football data API for scores, clocks, and incidents so markets react instantly.
• Wallet & settlement: internal wallet with instant balance updates, automated settlement to four decimal places, and full audit trail.
• Admin console: create or suspend markets, adjust commissions, monitor liquidity, and generate compliance reports.
• Security: HTTPS everywhere, salted+hashed passwords, rate limiting, and optional two-factor authentication ready for later rollout.

Tech preferences
I’m open on the stack as long as you can deliver a cloud-native, horizontally scalable solution—Node.js, Java, Go, or similar on the backend; React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend; and a relational DB with strong ACID guarantees for transactional integrity are all fine. Message queues and containerisation (Docker/K8s) are expected for live odds distribution.

Acceptance criteria
The project is complete when I can:
1. Create an admin account, open a Premier League market, and see it appear on the public site.
2. Fund two player accounts, match their opposing orders instantly, and watch balances update in real time.
3. Cash out an open position during live play with final settlement reflected once the match ends.
4. Pull a full user statistics report and an audit log of every matched bet.
