"I’m launching a customer-facing courier platform and need the complete digital suite built from the ground up: a responsive website, native iOS and Android applications, and an admin dashboard.

Customer side
• Secure registration and login flow
• Pickup scheduling with address lookup and time-slot selection
• Integrated payment processing (card, wallet or UPI—open to proven gateways)
• Real-time parcel tracking on a live map so customers can follow the assigned pickup agent from dispatch to delivery

Pickup-agent tracking will rely on background location updates and a lightweight API so the apps remain responsive even on slower networks.

Admin dashboard
• Role-based user management (customers, agents, support staff, finance)
• Order lifecycle monitoring with status change controls
• Finance and billing view to reconcile payments, promos and refunds

Stack & delivery expectations
You’re free to propose the tech stack—Flutter, React Native or Kotlin/Swift for the mobile apps and a modern JavaScript or PHP framework for the web and admin panel are all acceptable—as long as it meets these acceptance criteria:

1. One codebase per platform compiles error-free and passes store submission checks.
2. Website renders flawlessly on desktop and mobile browsers.
3. Dashboard analytics refresh in near real-time without manual page reloads.
4. End-to-end test credentials let me verify user flows, payment capture and live tracking before final hand-off.
5. Deployment scripts or clear step-by-step documentation are provided so my in-house team can maintain the system.
